At least 24 hours before arrival or departure. Ideally 2–3 days, especially in high season (December–March) and for VIP tiers in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Last-minute bookings are handled case by case — if slots are open, we can arrange same-day.
In the booking confirmation we send instructions: the exact meeting point (at the gate, at baggage claim or at a specific terminal entrance) and how to spot the staff member. The greeter will be holding a name sign.
The escort waits up to 2 hours for a delay at no extra charge. If the delay is longer — message the manager and we’ll move your slot to the new time. For a cancelled flight, we reschedule to the next flight for free.
Standard is the priority immigration lane, saving 30–60 minutes at peak. VIP in Hanoi is a separate Elite lane with zero waiting. VIP in Ho Chi Minh City is the Crew Line — the fastest option available. VIP costs more but removes any queue, even at rush hour.
A premium departure tier that adds priority at security screening (the hand-luggage X-Ray). In Ho Chi Minh City and Da Nang, screening in high season can take 30–45 minutes — X-Ray priority cuts that to 5–7 minutes.
Children under 2 (infants) are free and aren’t counted. Children aged 2–10 pay the child rate, which is $1–6 cheaper than the adult rate depending on the airport. Children 11+ pay the adult rate.
Prices are in USD as a reference. You can pay in rubles at the current rate, in dong or in USD — we agree on this when booking. We accept bank transfers.
