Refusals come from the form almost every time: a letter in the surname that differs from the passport, an unreadable scan, a port of entry that does not match the ticket. We fill it in and check it, so those never reach the portal. No asterisks: the guarantee is the same on every option, and paying more buys speed, not safety

All of it, not a share of it and not a discount on a second try. A refusal costs us more than it costs you: your money comes back, our work does not. That is why we go through a doubtful case before you pay — passport, past entries, dates — and say plainly if we see a risk
The refund does not apply in one case: an applicant on the Vietnamese immigration blacklist. Such a person will not be issued a visa through us or on their own. If there was a deportation or an overstay, tell us before we file: we will look at it together, and if there is no chance we will not take the case

The visa has arrived. What now
The finished visa comes by email as an ordinary PDF — there is no sticker in the passport. While you are still at home a mistake in it can be found and the application redone; at the check-in desk the same mistake is a trip that does not happen
Check these six fields
- Surname and given name, character for character as in the passport
- Passport number
- Date of birth
- Sex
- Visa validity — the from and to dates
- Port of entry — the specific airport or crossing
If something does not match, an issued visa cannot be corrected. It means a new application and a new fee, which is why it is worth checking on the day it arrives rather than the night before the flight
What to have to hand
- A printout of the visa — two copies: one for the check-in desk, one for passport control
- The exact passport whose number appears on the visa
- The arrival card with its QR code — filled in online in advance, separately for each traveller
- A return ticket or an onward ticket — asked for selectively, but asked for

A British, French, German or Japanese passport gets 45 days at the border and needs nothing else. A US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand one needs an e-visa from day one. The visa gives up to 90 days in a row, and you never make a border run for them. Tell us your passport and your dates

An e-visa is also what you need to stay longer than your visa-free allowance, or to leave and come back
A Kazakh passport gets 30 days visa-free; anything longer needs an e-visa. Uzbek and Ukrainian passports get no visa-free entry at all — the visa is needed from day one, as it is for Georgian and Armenian ones. Belarusian and Kyrgyz passports get the same 30 days as Kazakh ones, Moldovan ones 15. Citizenship changes neither the price nor the processing time: the rate is the same for everyone.
No. A visa run rests on a transfer to the border and an escort at the crossing, and we have neither. We file for people entering Vietnam from outside: you are at home or in another country and flying here. If you are in Vietnam now but flying home soon and returning later, we will do the visa for that future entry — send the manager your dates and he will look at your case.
The government fee, which sits inside the price — there is nothing to top up anywhere else. We fill in and check the form, pay from our own card, run the case through to the decision and send the finished PDF into the same chat. The price also carries the approval guarantee and a full refund if the visa is refused. Nothing else to pay, not on the portal and not on arrival.
We return the whole amount, government fee included. There is one exception: an applicant on the Vietnamese immigration blacklist. Such a person will not be issued a visa by any route, and in that case the money is not returned — so a past deportation or an overstay is worth mentioning before we file. Approval is guaranteed on every option, so it rarely comes to a refund.
There is no reason to, if your flight is a week away. Rush options are for two situations:
- The ticket is for the day after tomorrow
- A mistake turned up in a visa already filed and it has to be submitted again

Only if you are going to leave Vietnam and come back: a trip to Cambodia, Laos or Thailand. Single and multiple entry allow the same stay, up to 90 days, and the surcharge buys entries rather than days. For a 60-day trip with no side trips, single entry is enough and there is nothing to overpay for.
Yes. The price list is in dollars and we invoice in roubles at the rate on the day of the request; the manager names the rate before you pay, not after. You do not need a card from another country: we pay the portal fee from ours.
The same way as for an adult, and at the same price. Every traveller applies separately, infants included. A child needs one of two documents:
- Their own passport
- An entry in a parent’s passport with a photograph affixed
There is no child rate for a visa, so in the calculator children count the same as adults
As long as the option says. What matters is where the clock starts and how it counts:
- It starts not from your first message but from the moment we have your documents and the payment
- It counts in working days: a request on Friday evening on the "2 working days" option is ready on Tuesday
- On Saturday and Sunday only the emergency option runs, and the manager quotes its price in the chat

Up to 90 days. You set the exact window yourself in the application, with your entry and exit dates, and that window is printed on the visa. The clock starts on the entry date you applied for, not on the day the visa was issued: arriving later than that date is fine, arriving earlier is not.
Yes. Da Nang, Phu Quoc, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Cam Ranh (the airport for Nha Trang) are all on the list of ports that accept e-visas. There are 83 of them in total:

The part that catches people out is different: you name your port of entry in the application, and it cannot be changed once the visa is approved — you have to arrive at the one printed on it
No. Neither visa-free entry nor an e-visa can be extended from inside the country. When the time runs out you have to leave and re-enter, or switch to a different basis — a work, business or investor visa, all of which are arranged through a company.
